Plot Line (Optional):
Gothic Tale is based upon Vampires & Werewolves, within a modern day setting and era, around realistic events (As realistic as it can get having fictional races).
Becoming a member upon this board, you have the choice to choose between the following races.
Vampire
- Becoming a vampire allows you to prowl the nights and shadows, a swift deadly enemy to man-kind, or perhaps you choose to be an heroic dark creature, helping those in need?
Whatever your path of destiny you choose, becoming a vampire will allow you to obtain certain strengths, weaknesses and senses.
Werewolves
- Becoming a Werewolve, will allow your character to turn into a primitive beast upon certain nights in the month (full moon). When you’re not in your Wolf form, your mortal character has heightened senses and bonds well with animals, obtaining heightened senses and strengths.
Whether you choose to be restrained on the nights with a full moon, or allow yourself to be let loose within public as a monstrous beast, is your choice.

Human
- Want to become a normal human being? Then that’s possible! Becoming a human you don’t acquire any new strengths or weaknesses, you are mortal and neutral.
Becoming a human does NOT mean you know about the other races that exist (vampires and werewolves).
Becoming a human has one major advantage, if you wish to be converted into a vampire or werewolf, you’re allowed! But there are means to doing this! You need a volunteer (A vampire or Werewolf player) to convert you to their race.
